I am a genuine local girl – from Highate Primary school, to Muswell Hill Youth Club, to my aunt’s net curtaining shop in Wood Green High Road – where my mother used to drop me sometimes to play in the back while she went to work – to getting married at the Civic Centre.

In this film I talk about my roots in the constituency and some of the issues I have taken up on behalf of the 28,000 people I have helped over the years.
