Lib Dem colleagues are congratulating Councillor Carolyn Baker, councillor for Harringay ward, after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl.

Jenna Smith arrived on the 27th November weighing in at a healthy 8.5 pounds.

Baby, sister, mother and father are all doing very well and the family are delighted to welcome the new addition. The Lib Dems would like to wish Jenna and her family their very best wishes.
